§ 226-19. Interceptors required in wastewater lines for certain establishments.
   Effective immediately, oil and grease interceptors, also known as "grease traps," shall be installed in wastewater lines leading from all drains handling oil and greasy waste, in all new and existing eating, drinking and food preparation establishments, including but not limited to those listed below, to intercept, separate and accumulate excessive amounts of oil and grease for proper removal:
   A.   Restaurants and cafeterias.
   B.   Hotel/motel kitchens and full-service bars.
   C.   Factory cafeterias or restaurants.
   D.   Tavern kitchens.
   E.   Office and commercial building cafeterias.
   F.   Fast-food restaurants.
   G.   Hospital kitchens and cafeterias.
   H.   Private club restaurants and cafeterias.
   I.   Camp restaurants, cafeterias or kitchens.
   J.   School cafeterias.
   K.   Bakery kitchens.
   L.   Meat and seafood preparation stores.
   M.   Gas stations or service stations.
