The Construction Code Official of the Town of Hammonton is hereby designated as the public officer charged with the enforcement of the terms of this chapter. All complaints for alleged violation of any terms of this chapter shall be submitted, in writing, to said Construction Code Official. All appeals from the decision of the Construction Code Official shall be made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Hammonton.
