Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, for each and every violation thereof and for each and every day that said violation continues to be in existence, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, at the direction of the Municipal Court Judge of the Town of Hammonton.
