Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to preempt and/or supersede any of the statutes of the State of New Jersey or any health, housing and/or zoning codes, ordinances, laws or regulations which may now or hereafter govern apartments in the Town of Hammonton, all of which are deemed to be outside the jurisdiction of the Rent Control Board.
