§ 214-3. Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any section of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.
