§ 211-9. Health hazard violations.

[Amended 2-25-2008 by Ord. No. 4-2008]

Any violation not repaired within 24 hours after the owner is notified shall result in a complaint issuing in the Hammonton Municipal Court. Each day the health hazard violation continues after the day of notice shall be considered a separate offense by the Court.
