§ 211-3. Certificate of continued occupancy inspection fee for change of ownership or occupancy for commercial properties.

   A.   No owner or his/her agent shall sell, rent, lease or otherwise dispose of the ownership or change the occupancy of any property or portion thereof utilized for commercial purposes without first obtaining a certificate of continued occupancy from the Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Hammonton.

   B.   The fee for each certificate of continued occupancy shall be $90.

   C.   Each commercial use within a building or structure or upon the property shall constitute a separate commercial use subjecting same to an inspection and fee.
