A. A seasonal sales license and a peddler, hawker, vendor, solicitor, food truck, door to door vendor, and canvasser license shall be for a period of one year. A separate license shall be applied for each seasonal sales activity. Licenses shall not be transferable and must be surrendered after expiration before a new license and/or registration can be issued for each seasonal sales activity.
B. A special event vendor license shall only be for the period of the special event. A separate license shall be applied for each special event. Special event vendor licenses shall not be transferable and must be surrendered after expiration before a new special event license can be issued for a separate/new special event.
