§ 204-10. Compliance with state statutes.

Any charitable organization requesting authorization from the Town of Hammonton for said charitable solicitation shall comply with all the terms and conditions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-60, as amended by P.L. 1997, Chapter 82, approved April 30, 1997.
