§ 204-6. Purpose.

The Town of Hammonton shall permit charitable organizations as defined in Section III of P.L. 1994, c.16 (N.J.S.A. 45:17A-20), to solicit contributions in the roadways and highways of the Town of Hammonton in accordance with the provisions contained herein.
