§ 202-3. Prohibited acts.

   A.   No person shall sleep or camp in or on the street, sidewalks, public pavilions, public parks or other public places in the Town of Hammonton at any time. The term "camp" or "camping" under this Chapter shall mean the use of public property as a temporary or permanent place of dwelling, lodging or residence, or as a living accommodation.

   C.   No person shall solicit alms or contributions for any purpose in public places or upon any town street or sidewalk.
   D.   No person shall disturb or interfere unreasonably with any person or party occupying any area or participating in any public activity under the authority of a permit in a public place, town street or sidewalk.
   E.   No person shall expose or offer for sale any article or thing, nor shall he/she station or place any stand, car or vehicle for transportation, sale or display of any such article or thing except as may be permitted consistent with Chapter 204, Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants.
   F.   No person shall paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any sign, plaque or advertisement or inscription whatever, nor shall any person cause or cause to be erected any sign whatever on any public land or upon any town street or sidewalk.
