Any person, firm, corporation or other entity convicted of a violation of this article, or any section hereof, shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days. In addition, any person, firm, corporation or other entity convicted of a violation of this article shall pay all expenses incurred for the removal of said litter. Each day that any violation hereunder shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense or violation.
