Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, at the discretion of the Judge. Each succeeding violation shall be construed to be a new violation.
