§ 144-17. Board of Appeals.

[Amended 3-25-2002 by Ord. No. 9-2002]

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-208, any person aggrieved by any action of the local enforcing agency shall have the right to appeal to Atlantic County Construction Board of Appeals.
