Any individual who erects or maintains a fence or other barrier in violation of the provisions of this article shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days for every day that said fence is in existence in violation of the provisions of this article. Said fines may be imposed in addition to the right of the Building Inspector of the Town of Hammonton to enter upon and remove said fence or other barrier.
