No individual, partnership, corporation or other entity or group of individuals shall erect or maintain in any commercial zone of the Town of Hammonton any fence or other barrier of any kind or description which shall be closer at any point to the nearest existing roadway than that point where buildings are required to be set back from said road by municipal ordinance or state law, or closer at any point to the nearest existing roadway than the existing building line is to said road, whichever point is farther from said existing roadway.
