CODE OF THE TOWN OF HAMMONTON
Land Use Legislation of the Town of Hammonton
§ 137-8. Definitions.
   As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
   BARRIER
   Any structure of any kind which has the effect of limiting, blocking or otherwise impairing or affecting the view of the public traffic or a commercial enterprise.
   COMMERCIAL ZONE
   Any area of the Town of Hammonton which is zoned commercial by and through Chapter 175, Land Development.
