Each and every person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction thereof, to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, in the discretion of the Judge before whom said conviction shall be had.
