§ 119-4. Responsibility of parents or guardian.

It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian or any other person having the care, custody or control of any child under the age of 18 years to permit such child to be in any of the places as enumerated in this chapter during the prohibited times and/or without the proper supervision.
