§ 109-7. Enforcement.

The Chief of Police, the Town Clerk, the Construction Official and any police officer of the Town of Hammonton has the authority to examine all places of business and all persons of the Town of Hammonton to determine if this chapter has been complied with and to enforce the provisions of this chapter against any persons found to be violating the same.
