§ 109-6. Responsibilities of registered businesses.
   A.   Registration is mandatory whether or not the business is alarmed. Registration information must be updated annually, and changes must be reported immediately after they occur.
   B.   Every business registered pursuant to this chapter must maintain evidence of its registration, as provided by the Town Clerk, on the registered premises in a place where it may be readily seen at all times.
   C.   Failure to comply with the requirements of this section may result in a penalty as provided in § 109-8 of this chapter.
