As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BUSINESS
Includes:
A. Offering goods or services for sale or hire from a fixed location in the Town;
B. The solicitation of business including offering goods or services for sale or hire from a fixed location in the Town;
C. Any and all other professions, enterprises, trades, and vocations except those defined in Chapter 204 of the Town Code.
PERSON
Includes an individual, firm, cooperation, or any other organizational entity or association.
