§ 82-27. Appeal.

[Amended 5-22-1995 by Ord. No. 14-1995]

Any appeal of any final decision, order or judgment issued by the Municipal Court shall be made by filing an appeal with the Superior Court, Law Division, in accordance with the New Jersey Court Rules pertaining to appeals from courts of limited jurisdiction.
