§ 82-22. Violations and penalties.

[Amended 4-24-1989 by Ord. No. 10-1989]

Except as provided in N.J.S.A. 4:19-15.19, violation of this article shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.
