No person shall keep on any premises within the Town of Hammonton any dog or animal causing a nuisance and disturbing the peace and quiet of the neighborhood in which it is kept, whether said nuisance or disturbance of the peace is caused by excessive, loud and continuous barking and howling or through the excessive, loud, continuous making of any similar sounds or noises.
