Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, and the same shall be in addition to the powers of suspension or revocation of any such license as provided for herein.
