All applications for licenses under this article shall be filed with the appropriate license fee with the Town Clerk/Administrator of the Town of Hammonton at least 10 days prior to the proposed issuance date for said license, in order that a proper investigation may be made of the applicant, and each license issued under this article shall be valid only for the specific time enumerated thereon.
