All licenses issued under this article shall be issued for a specific game as hereinafter defined, at a specific location within that area known as the "Carnival Grounds," consisting of all lands owned by the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Society situate between French Street and Pratt Street and between North Third Street and Tilton Street in the Town of Hammonton, which premises are hereby determined to be a recognized amusement and entertainment area of the Town of Hammonton under Chapter 109 of the Public Laws of 1959 (N.J.S.A. 5:8-100 et seq.) the same having been used for festivals and celebrations within the Town of Hammonton for over 40 years.
