Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court or any other court having jurisdiction, be punished for each offense by one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days. The Judge of the Municipal Court or the Judge of any other court having jurisdiction, before whom any person is convicted of violating this article, shall have the power to impose any fine or term of imprisonment or community service not exceeding the maximum fixed in this article.
