§ 79-8. License to remain on premises.

[Amended 8-28-2023 by Ord. No. 015-2023]

Except in the case of the surrender of a license to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Hammonton, any license issued pursuant to this article must at all times be kept and maintained on the licensee's premises and subject to identification or inspection by the proper officers of the municipality.
