Any person or persons, firm or corporation and officers thereof who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof by a Judge, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days or/and in addition thereto may forthwith have his, her or its license revoked by the Common Council of the Town of Hammonton for the violation of any section of this chapter.
