A. No licensee shall sell, serve or deliver any alcoholic beverages on any weekday or weekend between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
B. No licensee shall permit anyone to consume an alcoholic beverage within the premises or on the premises after 3:00 a.m. on any day other than a New Year's Day which falls on a Sunday, at which time this limitation of consumption in or on a premises shall be at 6:00 a.m.
