A. The classes of licenses to be issued and the license fees shall be as follows:

(1) Plenary retail consumption license: $576.
(2) Plenary retail distribution license: $576.
(3) Club license: $144.
(4) Transfer fee person to person: $57.60.
(5) Transfer fee place to place: $57.60.
B. All license fees required hereunder shall be paid in cash or by certified check, and the full amount thereof must accompany each application for license when presented.
C. All licenses shall be issued for one year from July 1.
