§ 74-4. Violations and penalties.

[Amended 4-28-2008 by Ord. No. 12-2008; 12-21-2009 by Ord. No. 30-2009]

Anyone who is convicted of violating this article in the Hammonton Municipal Court is subject to the following penalties:

A. First offense: a warning with no fine or Court appearance required.

B. Second and subsequent offenses: a fine of $50 and no Court appearance required.
