There shall be designated two parking places at the parking lot located on the corner of Vine Street and Central Avenue across the street from the Town Hall Municipal Building designated as safe zone parking places. The parking places will be restricted to 15 minute parking for divorced/separated parents who need to meet and exchange their children per their individual custody contracts.
