§ 72-12. Violations and penalties.

   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction by the Hammonton Municipal Court, to:

   A.   Expulsion from said airport and the use of any of its facilities; and

   B.   One or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.
