§ 53-4. Subordinate positions created for department.

[Amended 2-23-2015 by Ord. No. 002-2015]

There shall be created positions for existing employees as well as future employees in the Department of Public Utilities per New Jersey Civil Service Commission rules and regulations and NJ DEP Succession Plan.
