§ 53-2. Department of Public Utilities.

There is hereby created a Department of Public Utilities, which Department shall be staffed with full-time and part-time positions under the direction of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Hammonton. The creation of the Department of Public Utilities will inactivate the previous Departments of Water and Sewer.
