§ 175-154.2. Gateway District, Boulevard.

   A.   District intent. G2 is made up of the parcels that are currently zoned B-2 "Highway Business" along White Horse Pike between Fairview and Broadway. Revisions to the B-2 "Highway Business" are proposed to create a smaller district that would preserve the current commercial character of the B-2 zone, but with added provisions to reflect specific community goals for a Gateway.
   B.   Location. This map indicates where this Zoning District will be mapped when amending the Zoning Map for the Town of Hammonton located at § 175-143. No scale.
 
   C.   Permitted building types:
 
   D.   Minimum lot size. Minimum lot size in this district is: 50,000 sq. ft. However, no residential dwelling unit or nonresidential use shall be located on a parcel of less than one acre unless served by a centralized wastewater treatment plant.
   E.   Permitted uses.
 
   F.   Adjacency to active agricultural uses. Proposed development on any lot which abuts or is across a public street from an active agricultural use, see § 175-155A(13).
