§ 175-146.1. Special Agricultural Production District.

   The following uses are permitted in the SAP District:
   A.   Residential dwelling units on lots of 3.2 acres in accordance with § 175-145G and on lots of one acre in accordance with § 175-145I.
   B.   Residential dwelling units, provided that the dwelling is:
      (1)   Accessory to an active agricultural operation;
      (2)   For an operator or employee of the farm who is actively engaged in and essential to the agricultural operation;
      (3)   To be located on a parcel of land of at least 40 acres in size which is under or qualified for agricultural assessment; and
      (4)   Located on a property which has an active production history or where a farm management plan has been prepared which demonstrates that the property will be farmed as a unit unto itself or as part of another farm operation in the area.
   C.   Berry agriculture and horticulture of native plants and other agricultural activities compatible with the existing soil and water conditions that support traditional Pinelands berry agriculture.
   D.   Forestry.
   E.   Beekeeping.
   F.   Fish and wildlife management and wetlands management.

   G.   Pinelands development credits.
   H.   Public service infrastructure which is necessary to serve only the needs of the SAP District uses. Centralized wastewater treatment and collection facilities shall be permitted to service the SAP District only in accordance with § 175-137D(2).
   I.   Signs.
   J.   Accessory uses, including agricultural employee housing as an element of and necessary to an active agricultural operation.
