§ 175-131. Storage of recreational vehicles and boats.
   The outdoor storage of an unoccupied recreational vehicle, motor home, travel trailer, camper or small boat shall be permitted on single-family properties, provided that:
   A.   Such storage shall not be located in any required front yard.
   B.   The travel trailer, camper or small boat shall not exceed 35 feet in length and eight feet in width.
   C.   Only one such travel trailer, camper or small boat shall be permitted to be stored outdoors at any single-family residence.
   D.   Recreational vehicles and motor homes exceeding 35 feet in length may be stored only within the required building setback lines.
   E.   Any such vehicles stored in accordance with this section shall not be occupied and shall not be provided with utility connections other than for the maintenance of such vehicles.
   F.   No travel trailer, camper or boat stored in conformance with this section shall remain in such storage for longer than 12 consecutive months.
