§ 175-129. Soil erosion and sediment control.

A soil erosion and sediment control plan for any proposed development must be submitted to the Cape-Atlantic Soil Conservation District for its review and comments. A copy of the approved plan must also be filed with the Mayor and Town Council and the Town Engineer for review and comment.
