Unless otherwise specified for a particular zoning district, no more than one principal building or structure shall be permitted on one lot except as otherwise noted in this chapter. Unless otherwise specified for a particular zoning district, no more than one principal use shall be located on one lot, except for forestry, agriculture, horticulture, fish and wildlife management, and recreational development on agricultural lands.
