§ 175-95. Curbs.
   All curbs, where required, shall be not less than 18 inches deep and six inches in width at the top and eight inches in width at the bottom and shall have a compressive strength of 3,000 pounds per square inch after 28 days and shall be Class B concrete in accordance with New Jersey State Highway Specifications. The minimum length of block shall be 10 feet, with a preformed bituminous expansion joint, filled ½ inch thick, installed every 20 feet. Gutters, where required, shall be constructed of minimum concrete mixture conforming to the above specifications, with joints and finish the same, and shall be a minimum of two feet in width and six inches in thickness. The engineer shall reject any concrete surface which has been defaced, marred or improperly finished. There shall be provided within all applications curbs designed to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer so as to permit ingress and egress by handicapped persons in at least one location within each block of the subdivision in question.
