§ 48-24. Procedure for substantiated charge.
   A substantiated charge against any employee shall subject this employee to disciplinary action. Depending on the gravity of the conduct, the Mayor and Council may:
   A.   Suspend the employee for a specific period of time, without pay.
   B.   Require the employee, as a condition of continued employment, to attend counseling sessions or take a course of study concerning sexual harassment.
   C.   Terminate the employee.
   D.   Submit the matter to law enforcement authorities.
