§ 48-17. Form and process adopted.

   A.   A separate evaluation form has been created and will now be used for police as well as department heads;
   B.   All employees will be evaluated on their anniversary;
   C.   All evaluations are subject to review and approval of the Business Administrator;
   D.   The Business Administrator will be responsible for evaluation of department heads;
   E.   The evaluations will now be reviewed by Mayor and Council prior to employee/department head promotions;
   F.   The evaluations will be used for other circumstances such as hiring part time to full time status, review of performance after probationary period or reprimand, or any other reason as deemed necessary by the Business Administrator;
   G.   The evaluation now requires supporting documentation for negative review;
   H.   The Town Clerk will complete the attendance portion of the evaluation in comparison to the employee’s time card.
