§ 175-49. Site plan review fees.

   Site plan review fees shall be as follows:
   A.   Minor site plan:
      (1)   Application fee for preliminary and final minor site plan: $500.
      (2)   Escrow fee: $3,500. If escrow drops below 30% of the initial amount, the applicant must deposit funds to replenish escrow to 100% of initial amount deposited.
   B.   Major site plan:
      (1)   Application fee for preliminary and final major site plan: $1,500.
      (2)   Escrow fee for preliminary site plan:
         (a)   New commercial and/or new industrial construction: $4,000 for the first acre of the gross area or fraction thereof, plus $800 for each additional acre or fraction thereof. If escrow drops below 30% of the initial amount, the applicant must deposit funds to replenish escrow to 100% of initial amount deposited.
         (b)   Residential multifamily housing construction: $8,000 for two to 25 dwelling units, plus $50 per dwelling unit for every unit above 25. If escrow drops below 30% of the initial amount, the applicant must deposit funds to replenish escrow to 100% of initial amount deposited.
         (c)   Building alteration: $2,500 for the first 3,000 square feet of gross floor area, plus $500 per 1,000 square feet of additional gross floor area or fraction thereof. If escrow drops below 30% of the initial amount, the applicant must deposit funds to replenish escrow to 100% of initial amount deposited.
      (3)   Final escrow fees for major site plan:
         (a)   New commercial and/or new industrial construction: $2,500 for the first acre of the gross area or fraction thereof, plus $800 for each additional acre or fraction thereof. If escrow drops below 30% of the initial amount, the applicant must deposit funds to replenish escrow to 100% of initial amount deposited.
