A. A brief notice of each decision on any application for development shall be published in the official newspaper of the municipality. The ten-day period of time in which an appeal of the decision may be made shall run from the first day of publication of the decision.
B. Publication of the above decision shall be done by the Board Secretary. The applicant may also arrange for such publication if he desires.
