§ 175-39. List of property owners.

   A.   Pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, the Tax Assessor shall, within seven days after receipt of a request therefor and upon receipt of payment of a fee of $0.25 per name or $10, whichever is greater, make and certify a list from the current tax duplicate of names and addresses of owners to whom the applicant is required to give notice pursuant to § 175-38E of this chapter. (See N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12b and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12c.)

   B.   The applicant may rely upon the information contained in such list, and failure to give notice to any owner not on the list shall not invalidate any hearing or proceeding.

   C.   The Tax Assessor shall forward to the appropriate board a copy of the certified list of property owners prior to the public hearing.
