§ 175-35. Twenty-one-day requirement.

   A.   No application shall be placed upon the agenda of any Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Hammonton unless a complete application is submitted at least 21 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the respective Boards.

   B.   For the purpose of this section, a complete application shall be defined as a fully executed and completed application forms, maps, surveys, site plans, subdivision plans, environmental impact statements, traffic surveys, drainage maps and calculations and any other materials upon which the application will be considered.
